Baking Daze

Baking is relaxing. I don't know why...something about measuring and mixing, tasting and decorating...

Anyway, just thought I'd share some pictures with ya'll ;)

I've been having way to much fun with my new camera! I LOVE it!

Grandma came over to make flatbread with us---which we usually do at the same time as our lefse making, but we weren't able to this year so we found an afternoon to do it now during Christmas break (Whoohoo...I'm still in the delighted daze of being on break!).

I also made up some batches of a new recipe yesterday: Lemon-Yogurt Snack Cake.

Yummy!!!
