Yesterday--after exercise and a quick lunch of leftovers ;)--Amy and I sat down to chat and have coffee together. Well...that is if you count hot chocolate with a little coffee and cream poured in it to be a Mocha like we do!! Oh, and don't forget the marshmallows! :)
Along with our "coffee" we enjoyed some Chocolate Cranberry Biscotti. My grandma had sent me the recipe to try and I really liked it so I thought I'd share it:
