We continued our tradition---which we started last year :)---of an afternoon set aside for making Christmas goodies with our friend Denise.
We made...
...and gingerbread men with the boys (who we've babysat for years) after we picked them up from school. Oh, and I can't forget our disaster of saltwater taffy!!! We didn't boil it long enough and so it never did turn out quite right. It ended up covering our hands to the point where you could see no skin (when we made an attempt at pulling the taffy) and then we had to scrape it off with butter knives! Yep...it was a disaster...but it sure was a fun disaster ;) and we will definitely have memories to laugh about!

We DO share our goodies (and we still have plenty left) but only under one condition...that you come over and visit us! ;)
