Christmas goodies
Well...annual, but we missed a year. Yes, last year was a sad year with no tasty homemade truffles and caramels. So this year we made up for it by putting extra effort into the cuteness factor of our truffles. One of our favorite truffles that we made - silly as it may seem, we pick favorites of the tiny treats...or at least I do! - is the one above. We had the cutest little sprinkles to decorate with!
Rolling...
...sprinkling candy cane dust...
...drying...
...admiring and photographing...
...it's all a part of the process! :)
The caramels we made are yet to be packaged...and sampled...tomorrow!
